Client-facing role managing the HSBC relationship with Premier Elite customers. Responsible for acquiring, developing and retaining a portfolio of Top Tier clients, delivering tailored wealth planning and advisory services, and driving growth within the Premier Elite portfolio while meeting KPI targets and safeguarding HSBC’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize profit and achievement of the growth of Premier Elite portfolio.
•Achieve agreed KPI objectives by development of existing and new relationship.
•Build effective relationships with Premier Elite customers to retain and develop sustainable relationships.
•Complete regular review with clients to understand their current and long term needs and to educate clients and provide financial advice, which help them achieve their financial goals.
•Effective use of tools and information to deliver satisfied clients service and expected performance result.

Key Requirements

•Evidence of strong sales results in wealth products and technical skills in wealth management.
•Solid experience of maintaining relationships with high net worth clients.
•Influencing and client-oriented communication skills.
•Professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market.
•Ambition of reaching stretch goals for self and ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity.
