Job Summary

Develop and grow Alfa Laval’s Hygienic Fluid Handling and Hygienic Heat Transfer sales through integrators across Mumbai (pharma) and Gujarat (dairy, food, beverage, pharma). Conduct market and industry analysis, forecasting and sales planning, and build long-term business relationships via business agreements. Provide techno-commercial support, quotations, and trainings to keep channels competitive, while coordinating internally to drive order intake targets and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct market/industry analysis for integrators in the region and perform forecasting and sales planning.
•Build, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships with integrators; develop integrators as long-term partners secured by business agreements.
•Promote Alfa Laval products and services, including organizing product promotion events and webinars, and provide techno-commercial support during proposals.
•Provide quotation and technical support, support channels to tackle competition, and close orders ensuring purchase orders are techno-commercially clear.
•Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly order intake targets, coordinate project status across channels/integrators, and support claim resolution by coordinating internally.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of overall functional experience in Sales, Sales support, and proposals for capital goods.
•Industry experience in process engineering, manufacturing, equipment supply, and pharma/pharma equipment.
•Experience working with Food/Pharma/Sugar/Starch/Distillery/Food processing customers.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to converse in the local language.
