Job Summary

Staff-level Technical Program Manager leading hardware and firmware programs for health-sensing hardware integration. You’ll own end-to-end HW/FW planning, cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, science and design, and drive system integration from concept to launch, including NPI builds and external vendor management to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive HW/FW planning and integration for sensing features across hardware, firmware, software, science, and design — from concept to launch.
•Define and drive system-level integration and test plans that validate end-to-end sensing behavior and ensure HW/FW readiness with clear interfaces.
•Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into HW/FW scope and integration plans, surface options and tradeoffs, and align on decisions.
•Build and maintain schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans for HW/FW and integration touchpoints; clear roadblocks and drive accountability across engineering teams.
•Contribute to NPI build planning and execution to meet sensing build goals, coverage, and readiness criteria across phases.

Travel: Medium travel
