Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle higher-difficulty or higher-risk securities processing tasks, including independently processing extremely high dollar amount transactions.
  • •Verify trade settlement information in depository and proprietary systems, and execute new trade instructions when required.
  • •Process cash movement accurately and timely in accordance with deadlines and department procedures.
  • •Research and resolve settlement questions/inquiries from internal and external parties, often as the first line contact for issues.
  • •Reconcile cash and security positions daily and verify incoming documents using internal quality assurance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •2-3 years of operations experience in the securities clearance industry.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of investments.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent the bank with internal and external clients.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn other business-specific software programs.
