Job Summary

As a Cabin Installer for the A220, you’ll assemble and install cabin components at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, AL. Working on quality and on-time delivery, you’ll complete station tasks in compliance with work orders, specifications, and supporting documents, sign off completed work, and maintain a clean-as-you-go mindset. The role supports high-integrity, team-based work across three shifts in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Arrive on time and comply with all Safety requirements.
•Complete allocated tasks on time and on quality.
•Understand build process and specifications within the cabin installation station.
•Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents (e.g., quality standards, drawings, SOIs).
•Install A220 cabin components (seats, sidewall, carpet, cargo, lav, stowage bins, ceiling panels) and sign off completed work.

Key Requirements

•2+ years minimum experience in aviation production (or equivalent) including cabin/interior installation.
•5+ years minimum experience in aviation production.
•Previous hands-on cabin installation experience (sidewalls, cargo, carpet, seats, ceiling panels).
•Ability to communicate clearly (spoken, written, influencing) and work safely and compliantly across three shifts.
•High school diploma or GED.
