Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end delivery of epics and major Salesforce enhancements, owning and improving the codebase.
•Design scalable, resilient Salesforce solutions and produce documentation aligned with engineering best practices.
•Mentor and guide junior team members to raise the team's technical capability.
•Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders in design sessions to ensure alignment and quality.
•Ensure code quality through code reviews, CI/CD, and adherence to standards while driving system stability and maintainability.

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of development experience using APEX/LWC/Flows/Visualforce
•Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration
•Experience delivering features for enterprise-scale applications in a structured, Agile environment
•Solid grasp of impact analysis, technical risk management, and system integration
•Self-driven with a proven ability to deliver results independently
