Key Responsibilities

•Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams aligned to company strategy and growth targets.
•Build and manage client relationships; lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure business.
•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments; provide insights to support strategic decisions.
•Lead preparation of proposals, bids, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams to meet client and quality requirements.
•Track business development performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts; report progress to senior management and support project handover.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
•Proven experience developing and securing new business opportunities.
•Experience with client negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions.
•Exposure to market analysis, strategic planning, and revenue growth initiatives.
•Experience coordinating with cross-functional internal teams.
