•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth, loan production, deposits, and broader relationship value.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Recommend appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products as primary point of contact.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.
•Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality by tracking market trends, identifying risk indicators, and applying underwriting judgment while partnering with internal teams to support client outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in relationship banking and typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Expert consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills for small business clients.
•Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver sophisticated solutions.
•Strong working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and comply with ongoing legal and regulatory registration requirements.
