Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product strategy for the Core AI “Understand” layer, including foundational architecture and capabilities for teams across Qualtrics.
  • •Own product lifecycle across multiple functional areas: framing problems, aligning on architecture/direction, planning delivery, and iterating until capabilities are world-class.
  • •Lead product strategy across ontologies/semantic layers, text analytics and enrichments, predictive modeling, simulation, and benchmarking.
  • •Collaborate deeply with engineering, AI research, and data science teams to make technical tradeoffs in an evolving landscape.
  • •Define KPIs and evaluation frameworks for quality, accuracy, reliability, safety, and business impact; drive adoption through communication and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • •8+ years of product management experience, including technically complex platforms and AI/ML, data systems, developer platforms, or analytics products.
  • •Track record defining product strategy and delivering technically sophisticated products with engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI research teams.
  • •Hands-on product experience in one or more: ontologies/knowledge graphs/semantic layers; text analytics/NLP/LLM enrichments; predictive modeling/causal inference; simulation/synthetic data; benchmarking/evaluation systems.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into product strategy and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
