Build and maintain backend systems and full-stack features that power Dave’s Martech Squad, serving millions of members. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll develop backend services in TypeScript, collaborate with PMs and designers to turn specifications into products, and support React.js and React Native–based experiences. You’ll provide technical leadership, run code reviews, and mentor engineers while improving marketing platform integrations, messaging, and lifecycle execution at scale.

•Design, build, and maintain backend code supporting features used by millions of users.
•Develop backend services in TypeScript.
•Participate in code reviews and other team functions to maintain quality and alignment.
•Provide technical leadership, help guide the team’s technical direction, and mentor/pair with other engineers.
•Collaborate with PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build products using frameworks such as React.js and React Native.

•Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science or a related discipline, with consideration for other majors plus relevant experience/training.

•Experience programming in one or more general-purpose languages, including JavaScript, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go.
•Experience working in an Agile environment and the ability to discuss system architecture and component design.
