Key Requirements

  • •Must have US Federal tax experience for the preparation and filing of tax returns and IRS e-filings, focusing on partnership tax returns.
  • •Fully qualified CPA with an understanding of US tax filings related to investment vehicles.
  • •Experience with filing obligations and completion of Schedule K-2 and K-3; international forms typically filed with a partnership tax return is a plus.
  • •Ability to work on wider team projects not directly tax-related and interact with clients on administering investment structures.
  • •High attention to detail; organized and calm under pressure; strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
