Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze credit and financial information on prospective and existing customers, including credit inquiries and review of data from customers and third parties.
  • •Prepare credit requests, modifications, and extensions; provide risk assessments, summaries, and recommendations for CRE Relationship Managers and Credit Administration.
  • •Collaborate in loan closings by reviewing loan and entity documentation, assisting with loan budget preparation, and supporting required file maintenance.
  • •Track and manage portfolio priorities by monitoring financials, covenant compliance, maturities, delinquencies, and ongoing financial stability.
  • •Maintain credit files and loan monitoring systems; ensure compliance with loan policy manuals, lien perfection documentation, and applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •6 or more years of banking credit analysis experience required.
  • •Advanced analytical skills to spread and analyze financial statements, cash flows, and tax returns for moderate to complex structures.
  • •Knowledge of company formation structures to identify borrowing and guaranty structures.
  • •Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to commercial real estate lending.
