Job Summary

Lead delivery of a $150M–$200M capital plan by directing a multi-disciplined team of project delivery managers and engineering/design/construction professionals. Own integrated project plans and schedules to deliver renovation, infrastructure, real estate expansion, and minor construction projects within scope, time, cost, and quality. Provide executive updates, manage contractors and third-party suppliers, oversee facility assessments, coordinate lifecycle transitions, and ensure risks and regulatory requirements are effectively handled.

•Prepare and present executive updates on schedules, costs, timeline status, and risk mitigation.
•Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to understand scope, identify challenges/opportunities, and improve quality/value.
•Coordinate and oversee building engineering studies and facility condition assessments, and develop plans to address findings.
•Work with procurement on legal contracts and provide recommendations; ensure risks and regulatory interactions are effectively managed.

•8+ years of experience in building construction management, facility engineering, workplace renovation, engineered infrastructure projects, or project management.
•3+ years of direct team lead or management experience.
•4+ years of experience developing and managing third-party consultant, design, or general contractor contract agreements.
•Subject-matter expertise in project management processes and Microsoft Office; demonstrated financial/business acumen.
