Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an independent, current, forward-looking view of each client’s creditworthiness and clearly communicate risk perspectives.
  • •Perform ongoing monitoring and periodic deal reviews to approve or recommend renewal, modification, or exit decisions.
  • •Analyze historical financials and projections to identify emerging credit issues and articulate industry/company trends.
  • •Manage underwriting, approval, and documentation across new money, renewals, extensions, amendments, waivers, and ancillary products.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines; manage a larger, more complex portfolio and deliver portfolio performance reports and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial banking with portfolio management and equipment finance underwriting.
  • •Subject matter expert understanding of accounting, credit analysis, portfolio management, structuring, underwriting, and legal documentation.
  • •Strong risk judgment managing complex and higher-risk portfolios.
  • •Experience providing guidance, coaching, or review of junior staff work (preferred).
