Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the domain guide for validation across firmware architecture, product requirements, and associated industry results.
  • •Review and challenge test plans and coverage; recommend and instrument new validation approaches to improve end-to-end coverage and efficiency.
  • •Define validation strategy, test cases, and PASS/FAIL criteria for functional and non-functional requirements, aligning with FW/HW architecture and CI/CD flow.
  • •Define and implement a test automation strategy for in-house frameworks/tools; continuously evaluate, refine, and implement validation processes and methodologies.
  • •Execute validation flows, monitor and reduce test time, generate bin Pareto and findings reports, and manage defect root-cause to closure with traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in an engineering subject area or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of validation experience with proven ability to craft and implement product test strategies.
  • •Deep knowledge of PCIe SSDs, NAND, memory storage hierarchy, and NVMe protocol.
  • •Strong Python scripting experience.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions.
