Job Summary

Lead and support the food and beverage team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort to deliver exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Oversee daily service, take accurate guest orders, and use strong menu knowledge to recommend options. •Ability to deliver high-quality guest service and work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
