Job Summary

Draft and review a wide range of legal and commercial agreements, negotiating terms and driving full contract closure. Partner with external counsel and advisors while advising internal stakeholders on statutory compliance, disputes, and legal notices. Support risk mitigation and compliance across security, finance, privacy, and regulatory teams.

•Draft and review legal and commercial agreements, negotiating terms and ensuring comprehensive closure.
•Coordinate with external legal counsels, advisors, and consultants while partnering with internal teams for end-to-end transaction closure.
•Advise internal stakeholders on statutory compliance and manage disputes, including drafting and/or responding to legal notices.
•Develop, onboard, implement, and administer contract-related systems and processes to ensure agreements meet legal requirements and company policy standards.
•Lead contract process improvements by creating templates and tools for a wide range of agreement types (e.g., leases, sourcing, consulting, publisher/advertiser, data partnerships, agency, marketing, and vendor agreements).

Key Requirements

•Qualified law graduate from India with approximately 5–8 years of professional experience.
•Experience in-house and/or in law firms, with legal support for engineering, IT, and internet-based organizations (preferred: ad-tech/tech).
•Familiarity with SaaS contracts and commercial and employment laws, with global practice experience (particularly APAC).
•Strong ethics and professional integrity, with the ability to handle matters independently and build confidence with teams and executive management.
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality legal services efficiently in a corporate environment.
