Manage civil construction project delivery by coordinating daily progress with the main contractor and subcontractors on site. Track and address client comments and observations, ensure materials procurement and long-lead items are on schedule, and monitor project safety compliance. Work with contractors and consultants to maintain full adherence to the construction schedule milestones, including review of technical drawings, calculations, and construction progress invoices while planning for cost and time impacts.
