Equipment Finance Regional Director (REMOTE)

Market equipment finance lending and leasing products to medium and large commercial clients across an assigned territory. Work independently to identify prospects, execute a sustained calling strategy, and build/expand customer relationships—especially with companies over $50M in revenue. Prepare proposals, commitment letters, credit submittals, and documentation, maintain a robust pipeline, and ensure credit portfolio administration and risk management comply with policy and regulatory guidelines.
