Key Responsibilities

  • •Define standards and documented reference architecture for building and running internal software, including environments, secrets, logging, and production-ready criteria.
  • •Own internal platform infrastructure and operations on AWS and Snowflake: compute, networking, DNS/certificates, infrastructure-as-code, and observability.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD and golden paths (templates, shared modules/libraries) to enable secure, cost-sane shipping with automated gates.
  • •Secure the platform and SDLC: security scanning, cloud hardening to a baseline (CIS or equivalent), vulnerability management, least-privilege access, and DLP controls for governed data egress.
  • •Operate AI and data plumbing for internal tools and integrations (Workato recipes, MCP connectors, Snowflake access), support security monitoring/alerting, and handle incident response with runbooks and postmortems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Established a platform, DevOps, or infrastructure practice from scratch and can point to conventions you created and still use.
  • •Deep hands-on experience running production infrastructure in a major cloud, including networking, IAM, compute, and failure modes.
  • •Infrastructure as code in production at scale (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation or equivalent), including refactoring/inheriting modules.
  • •Experience owning CI/CD end to end with test/scan/deploy gates, containers, and orchestration.
  • •Practical infrastructure security including cloud hardening, secrets management, dependency/vulnerability management, and least-privilege access design.
