Provide customer-facing service in the Infothek at the Nutzfahrzeugzentrum: greet visitors, route them to specialist service, and support them during waiting times. Handle phone inquiries about workshop services, assist with appointment scheduling and order creation, and manage vehicle pass and release documents. Enter and maintain customer and vehicle data in company systems and coordinate the handover and return of mobility vehicles while monitoring appointments.
