Key Responsibilities

  • •Own supplier governance, supplier payments and procurement administration activities across UK Operations
  • •Ensure compliant supplier onboarding, maintain supplier master data, and raise/manage purchase orders under financial controls and contract obligations
  • •Manage supplier payment governance, resolve invoice queries, and support suppliers via the supplier portal to process invoices accurately and on time
  • •Administer tender processes, maintain procurement records and documentation, and coordinate approval activities to support budget holders
  • •Produce financial, operational and performance reporting using Excel and Power BI; identify trends, improve processes/controls, and support month-end, year-end and annual planning deadlines

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a business, finance, analytical or technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience

  • •Experience developing reports, dashboards and management information using Power BI and advanced Excel
