Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and advise on implementation of Google EHS Exhibit U, Technical Safety Standard (TSS), Appendix A, and applicable EHS regulatory requirements onsite.
  • •Advise contractors on identification and implementation of corrective actions for EHS deficiencies or issues.
  • •Review and advise on contractors’ CEHSPs for conformance with Google requirements and local regulations.
  • •Provide construction management with current EHS performance data, including KPI leadership/lagging indicators, trends, incident management, and environmental monitoring metrics.
  • •Participate in safety meetings and trainings, communicate incidents and opportunities for improvement (RA, JSA, PTT), and conduct field audits, document verification, and interviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a certificate of safety officer (Professional level).
  • •At least 10 years of construction safety experience with well-rounded EHS programs.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams and external contractors and vendors.
  • •Fundamental knowledge of EHS Thai law regulations.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai; strong collaboration, project management, communication, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
