Sr. HVAC Technician

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments, using HVAC theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and mechanical layouts. Work with internal and external partners across new installs and retrofits, coordinate onsite work with team leaders and customers, enforce safety standards, maintain equipment accountability, and mentor team members as needed.
