Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technology development and enablement for manufacturing and future technology, including process integration and equipment solutions.
  • •Lead design and development of technically sophisticated manufacturing processes and/or repair reverse engineering (material selection, parameter optimization, metrology, and system design).
  • •Perform pathfinding to support process and hardware development, enabling innovative device architectures and future technology roadmaps.
  • •Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiency and output.
  • •Conduct process technology feasibility studies using theoretical simulations and/or practical engineering methods, and partner with suppliers to implement enabling elements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
  • •Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics.
  • •Experience in process characterization, manufacturing process control, and process development.
  • •Knowledge of experimental design and statistical process control methods.
  • •Familiarity with test and measurement equipment, mechanical and electrical schematics, and process control systems.
