•Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation
•Support due diligence and deal execution, including timelines and negotiations

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
