Lead and support the store team to execute the company’s vision and values under the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and direction to the store team and execute the company’s vision and values under the Store Manager.
•Maximize store sales, achieve store sales goals, and monitor progress versus key targets.
•Inspire and model a consumer-centric mindset through genuine customer interactions for teams to emulate.
•Support the Store Manager with networking, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high-caliber talent.
•Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision to ensure store policies and procedures are followed and assist with expense management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 23.6 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
•Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
•Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.
•Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
