Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and installation activities.
  • •Own P&L, provide monthly revenue forecasting, drive service agreement base growth, and support turnkey growth with the acquisition (sales) team.
  • •Oversee service coordination to respond to customers efficiently, balance technician skills, and leverage district resources for planned and emergency work.
  • •Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop service employees; drive continuous improvement through performance management and technical training.
  • •Manage budget control, margin expectations, invoicing and collections for cash flow, standard service processes, customer experience improvements, and EHS compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of HVAC or related field experience with technical systems/equipment or skilled trades.
  • •3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and organizing work schedules for large teams.
  • •Project management skills to oversee successful project execution for startups and customer requests.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
  • •Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specific offenses listed).
