Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 12-month FAST program with rotations in Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.
  • •Learn to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and maximize TI revenue with systems-level solutions.
  • •Analyze technical trade-offs, component selection, and design and cost challenges to address customer needs.
  • •Scale sales processes across customers and apply decision-making skills in imperfect circumstances.
  • •After program completion, use sales tools and partnerships with design engineering to identify projects and provide proactive system-level proposals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills.
  • •Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate and deliver projects on time.
