Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop individual and collective capabilities of the PMO team and animate it around a community of practice.
  • •Promote cross-functional collaboration to increase autonomy and team impact.
  • •Drive team performance by setting and evaluating individual objectives and defining ambitious team goals aligned with business needs.
  • •Ensure collaboration with Bids and Projects to anticipate and adapt PMO staffing.
  • •Improve continuously and support change in the PMO team and with Bids/Projects by proposing project management methods and tools; run PPE campaigns and support “Manage project” steering committees with process adherence indicators and improvement ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+5 degree (or equivalent).
  • •10–15 years managing complex projects.
  • •Experience delivering development projects in an international context.
  • •Experience in project governance and supported processes/tools.
  • •Hierarchical people management; expertise in Risks & Opportunities is an asset.
