Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily support for a high-volume, active financial services trading environment.
  • •Oversee day-to-day infrastructure maintenance, including hardware, software, telephones, and IPC turrets.
  • •Serve as frontline support for front/ back-office applications including trading systems and market data (Fidessa, Bloomberg).
  • •Coordinate with Engineering and Application Support; manage Citrix/VDI infrastructure and vendor relationships.
  • •Lead by example in Tokyo as part of the VP team, mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to global standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience in a financial service IT environment.
  • •Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment.
  • •Fluency in Japanese and English; excellent communication, personality and presentation skills.
