Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end accountability for the Source-to-Pay process within scope, translating business needs into requirements and leading deployment.
  • •Lead day-to-day GBS Procurement operations for European business, setting priorities, ownership, service standards, and follow-up.
  • •Drive performance and talent management through clear leadership practices, inclusive management, and self-management aligned to adidas leadership framework.
  • •Create and maintain skill matrices for personal development planning and to minimize risk of business disruption.
  • •Develop business continuity and risk mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement and adoption of technological solutions for procurement process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in business, economics, finance, procurement, legal, or a related area.
  • •At least 7+ years of working experience, including 5+ years leading and managing operational delivery teams in a Shared Service organization.
  • •Proven ability to build, lead, manage, and develop operations teams to achieve objectives.
  • •Strong knowledge of process, functions, stakeholder structures, and how the organization interacts with internal and external customers.
  • •Knowledge of change management methods and ability to apply analytical problem-solving to business recommendations and decisions.
