Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an escalation point for support-related activities within scope.
  • •Coordinate technical activities on specific accounts and ensure KPI and deadlines are met.
  • •Design and implement complex VDI/app delivery virtualization projects using multiple technologies.
  • •Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware, and MS Hyper-V platforms.
  • •Create and maintain support documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles, and drive high-severity incident handling via 24/7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience, including 7+ years of engineering/support experience with x86 offerings such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
  • •Advanced engineering and support experience for highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS), with Citrix CCA preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • •Strong knowledge of server hardware fundamentals, storage subsystems, and on-prem hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) plus SQL (VCP VMware Certified Professional preferred).
  • •Thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies (Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN/NAS), Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management, with demonstrated troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.
