Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project planning and execution for Integrated Solutions multi-services/solutions projects, including scheduling and execution support.
  • •Assist with on-time delivery, performance improvements, incremental revenue via upsell/pull-through, and alignment between product line strategies and project deliverables.
  • •Support customer deliverables through Integrated Solutions compliance adherence, financial KPIs, service delivery, and HSE performance.
  • •Create and improve project documentation and plans (e.g., Project Execution Plan components, risk/communications/sourcing/vendor management, quality plan, stakeholder matrix, data management, readiness, performance improvement, HSE plan and bridging documentation).
  • •Provide HSE leadership and support project reviews/audits, audits gap closure, investigations/peer reviews (including AARs), and act as client conduit when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management.
  • •Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership.
  • •8+ years of experience coordinating offshore or onshore operations.
  • •Experience coordinating programs and logistics.
  • •Knowledge of project management, as well as well construction operations, including HSE and service quality.
