Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform skilled repairs involving light electrical, carpentry, plumbing, sheet-rocking, plastering, and painting throughout the museum and offices.
  • •Carry out routine maintenance such as HVAC filter changes, lubrication, and equipment servicing to reduce downtime.
  • •Repair plumbing leaks and address safety hazards to maintain a safe environment.
  • •Paint and maintain interior surfaces, replace lighting fixtures, and service electrical outlets and switches.
  • •Assist in coordinating cleaning, waste management, and moves, while ensuring OSHA compliance and collaboration with Building Operations staff.
