C, C++ Software Engineer II

Design, prototype, develop, and debug C/C++ software for semiconductor equipment control systems, including real-time device control and user interfaces. Create specifications and test plans for simulators, test benches, and lab environments, while troubleshooting complex software issues and implementing bug fixes. Document software and interface with internal and external customers to analyze requirements, coordinate schedules, and resolve technical problems within Applied Materials’ Common Systems Software team.
