Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers across teams.
•Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them, including owning urgent cross-department business problems.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
