Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive operational oversight for a large-scale organization and drive quantifiable business improvements through data-backed inspection.
•Harness AI and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sigma, Snowflake) to audit business health and produce actionable executive materials for recurring business reviews.
•Partner with leadership to architect forecasts and track KPIs to ensure strategic milestones and revenue targets are met.
•Act as a strategic bridge between SE leadership and Sales Operations to synchronize technical field efforts with broader GTM objectives.
•Establish and scale regional operational standards and collaborate on international initiatives aligned with the Chief Revenue Officer’s objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,000 - 260,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•5+ years supporting a GTM or Sales organization with senior strategic or operational leadership experience.
•Proven track record partnering directly with VP-level or above executives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
•Experience spearheading and delivering large-scale global programs across matrixed, multinational organizations.
•Strong command of business analytics and data tools to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights.
