Build trusted client relationships by engaging customers in person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and goals. •Assess customer banking needs, obtain/process customer and account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions based on individual goals.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital products and services, and educate clients on self-service tools.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions while ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
•Open new consumer/business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications; collaborate with branch team members and partners to serve clients.
