•Analyze and synthesize fashion market trends to develop innovative apparel and accessory product concepts linked to character aesthetics.
•Translate macro and micro fashion trends into trend-led storytelling, providing technical and aesthetic foundations for seasonal collections.
•Provide detailed design direction and feedback to licensees on textiles, specialty construction, and graphic placement to support approvals.
•Adapt and expand Universal style guides for complex garment and accessory constructions to serve as reusable design assets.
•Review licensee submissions daily via Lunchpad and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Category Management, Legal, and Franchise teams.

•In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, washes, and embellishment techniques (embroidery, patches, screen printing), with strong color sense and material sourcing.
•Ability to articulate design intent professionally and use a portfolio showing character-IP and fashion trend blending.
