Coordinate backend engineering teams building and operating platforms for multiple countries. Work hands-on with monitoring, code review, deployments, and ensure scalable, resilient performance in a distributed microservices environment.

•Coordinate backend engineering teams responsible for multi-country platforms, ensuring scalable, reliable, high-quality deliveries.
•Drive execution and delivery across pods (squads) to align with business priorities and timelines.
•Facilitate agile ceremonies by removing impediments and improving team flow and predictability.
•Partner with Product, Architecture, and other engineering teams to define and evolve solutions.
•Support monitoring, code review, configuration, and deploy activities while promoting engineering best practices for reliability and performance.

Key Requirements
