Automotive Detail Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Supervise a team of hourly associates in Carvana’s Inspection Center to safely manage vehicle flow, hit daily/weekly/monthly inventory production targets, and maintain quality standards. You’ll coach and develop team members, monitor compliance with processes and performance measures, review mechanical/physical defects, and partner with the General Manager to approve repairs or reject inventory. This front-line role also trains associates using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
