Job Summary

Own and drive Life & Health product and proposition strategy, covering both new initiatives and ongoing governance of existing offerings. Lead product and proposition initiation and simplification aligned to global frameworks and local market needs, while performing proposition and process gap analyses. Define infrastructure and business analysis requirements, validate solutions via scenarios during UAT, assess post-go-live readiness, and monitor performance across sales channels using analytics to improve products, processes, and partner/customer experience.

•Own product and proposition strategy for Life & Health.
•Lead initiation and development of new products and propositions, including required development frameworks.
•Drive simplification of products and propositions in line with global frameworks and local market needs.
•Perform product and gap analysis (proposition + process) to identify improvements while monitoring competition.
•Define infrastructure specifications and business analysis requirements; validate implemented system elements during User Acceptance Testing and assess post-production readiness after go-live; monitor post-launch performance in sales channels and propose data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
•Masters/Postgraduate studies is considered an asset.
•3+ years of experience in similar mid or large-scale projects, preferably in insurance/banking/services and cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
•Knowledge of insurance products and the local market is an asset.
•Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing) and advanced use of MS Office.
