Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

Coordinate end-to-end rider operations for allocated zones: monitor rider performance, compliance, and service levels; lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and equipment inventory usage; and manage rider schedules. Drive continuous improvement by tracking weekly logistics KPIs, auditing rider behavior via on-ground visits, coaching/warning riders, and implementing performance improvement plans to reduce cancellations.
