Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive safety program execution across the fulfillment center with strategic oversight and day-to-day hands-on presence.
  • •Own ORIR & LTI rates and use operational data to support integrated Operations in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action closure.
  • •Ensure OSHA recordables are accurately documented, thoroughly investigated, and corrective actions close on time.
  • •Support new hire and PIT safety training completion (including onboarding before first shift) and maintain training compliance at target levels.
  • •Manage workers’ compensation claims, modified duty programs, safety audits, and emergency response/evacuation/first aid readiness across shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
  • •Formal or extensive regulatory experience; experience with responsibility for logs, complaints, and onsite support.
  • •Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • •Ability to independently own and execute integrated safety programs without Safety Supervisor support.
