Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily production-floor inspections to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action; lead safety audits and ensure ergonomic initiatives.
  • •Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Food Quality plans and training employees on safe operating procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances; partner with Operations Managers/Supervisors to improve workflows and equipment use to reduce downtime and costs.
  • •Direct and guide hourly production employees to align on safety, quality, and production goals; lead monthly line meetings and walk the production floor daily.
  • •Analyze product performance metrics and suggest continuous improvement changes to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 82,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Business or related) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills for leading problem-solving on complex process issues with analytical/math abilities.
  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees to achieve peak performance in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
