Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • •Lead technical accounting research, conclusions, and memo documentation across revenue, leases, equity, partnerships, and infrastructure arrangements.
  • •Own lease accounting under ASC 842 end to end, including setup, modifications, disclosures, and reconciliations.
  • •Evaluate infrastructure and compute-related spend and ensure correct accounting for cost-of-revenue and operating expense activity.
  • •Design and maintain end-to-end process flowcharts, narratives, and risk-and-control matrices; support SOX-ready controls and prepare audit-ready materials for external auditors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting and external reporting; public accounting preferred.
  • •Hands-on technical accounting ownership of ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 718; familiarity with ASC 808 and ASC 350-40 a plus.
  • •Experience analyzing non-standard commercial arrangements and partnership/revenue-share structures to reach supportable accounting conclusions.
  • •Ability to write clear, well-reasoned technical accounting memos.
  • •Experience with flowcharts/narratives/control matrices and preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
