Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and manage the CAFM system for accurate asset registration, preventive maintenance scheduling, and reactive work order tracking.
  • •Create and manage on-demand and PO entries, including AMC work orders and purchase orders in CAFM.
  • •Log calls/jobs received on CAFM and update CAFM/ERP task status in line with SLA/KPI requirements.
  • •Coordinate with facilities managers, FM engineers, technicians, and contractors for task status and supplier submissions for approval.
  • •Develop reporting formats and operational dashboards/KPIs, conduct CAFM system training, and perform periodic data audits and validation checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (relevant experience preferred).
  • •Minimum 2 years of CAFM/ERP experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of admin experience.
  • •Experience in the facility management industry is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of MS Office, CAFM (preferably FSI Concept Evolution), and ERP; Arabic speaking is desirable.
