Job Summary

Administer and manage the CAFM platform across operational sites, ensuring accurate asset registration, inventory/store status updates, and preventive and reactive work order tracking aligned to contract KPIs and statutory compliance. Create and manage PO/AMC work orders, log calls/jobs, and support GRN and payment updates via CAFM and ERP. Develop dashboard reporting, conduct CAFM training, coordinate with IT/ERP teams for integrations, and perform periodic data audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and manage the CAFM system for accurate asset registration, preventive maintenance scheduling, and reactive work order tracking.
•Create and manage on-demand and PO entries, including AMC work orders and purchase orders in CAFM.
•Log calls/jobs received on CAFM and update CAFM/ERP task status in line with SLA/KPI requirements.
•Coordinate with facilities managers, FM engineers, technicians, and contractors for task status and supplier submissions for approval.
•Develop reporting formats and operational dashboards/KPIs, conduct CAFM system training, and perform periodic data audits and validation checks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (relevant experience preferred).
•Minimum 2 years of CAFM/ERP experience.
•Minimum 2 years of admin experience.
•Experience in the facility management industry is preferred.
•Knowledge of MS Office, CAFM (preferably FSI Concept Evolution), and ERP; Arabic speaking is desirable.
