Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair production equipment, heavy trucks, and special-purpose machines as assigned.
  • •Install, adjust, and repair equipment using hand and power tools; grease, weld, and cut as required.
  • •Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, determine repairs, and coordinate with fellow mechanics for approval.
  • •Replace faulty parts including electrical wires, motors, controls, and circuit boards as needed.
  • •Perform general repairs to plant structures, keep the work area clean, and dismantle/lubricate equipment using hoists, cranes, and tools.
