•Own public affairs for data center and power projects, engaging local officials, community groups, and the public record.
•Build community support through town halls, briefings, and ongoing relationships.
•Run the response to media, hearings, and opposition with a proactive plan.
•Partner with development, legal, and government relations to align the external story with project reality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 234,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in public affairs or community relations for infrastructure, energy, or land development projects.
•Ability to present to a skeptical room and leave it calmer than you found it.
•Track county or local political dynamics in a structured, analytical way.
•Build coalitions of local stakeholders that show up when it counts.
•Write clear materials such as talking points, letters, and testimony.
